Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the Aurea website, the client area and our bespoke experience design services.
Version 1.0 · updated 2026-09-10
1. Service provider
Data controller: [RAGIONE SOCIALE], [SEDE LEGALE], [P.IVA / CODICE FISCALE]. Privacy contact: [EMAIL PRIVACY]. Data protection officer: [DPO — se nominato]. The company details are being formalised and will be completed shortly.
2. Nature of the service
Aurea designs and coordinates bespoke luxury experiences by selecting and coordinating third-party suppliers (properties, transport, dining, cultural and care services).
Information on the website is illustrative and does not constitute a public offer. Every proposal is personalised and binding only on the terms stated in the proposal document.
3. Enquiries, proposals and confirmation
By sending an enquiry you authorise us to contact you to discuss it and prepare a proposal.
The proposal states services, conditions, prices and validity. The engagement is formed upon acceptance of the proposal and, where applicable, payment of the deposit.
Services delivered by third-party suppliers are also subject to those suppliers' terms, which will be communicated to you.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are stated in euro in the proposal, with inclusions and exclusions clearly indicated.
Payment terms, deposits and balances are specified in the accepted proposal.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow the conditions stated in the proposal and those of the suppliers involved; some services are non-refundable once confirmed.
Where exceptional events prevent delivery, we will propose equivalent alternatives whenever possible.
6. Accounts and client area
Access to the client area is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out with your account.
We may suspend accounts in case of unlawful or abusive use or breach of these terms.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and itineraries with the utmost discretion. Our staff is bound by confidentiality obligations.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, images, trademarks and website content belong to Aurea or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
In the editorial section we publish headlines, summaries and our own AI-assisted commentary, always linking to the original source, which remains the property of its publisher.
9. Liability
Aurea is responsible for the diligent selection and coordination of suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for failures attributable solely to third parties or to force majeure.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Consumers retain the jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile; otherwise the court of the controller's registered office has jurisdiction.
